Billing.
Who takes the payment?
Payments go through a Merchant of Record (provider TBD). They are the seller on your receipt: they take the payment, add the right sales tax or GST for your country, and send the invoice. Marker never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings or the billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Marker isn't working for you, ask within [number] days of a charge and it will be refunded. Write to [billing email].
What happens to my saves if I downgrade or stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every save, but new saves and AI processing pause while you have more than 500, until you upgrade again or remove some. Export everything before your plan ends, or email us for a copy of your data at any time.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
That depends on the payment provider, which is still being chosen. This answer will be filled in before launch.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes. Pro is $149 a year, about $12.42 a month and 38% less than paying monthly.
